UTC's Lupton Hall - Chattanooga, TN
Fulmer Concrete Construction partnered with builders on the renovation of Lupton Hall—a central academic facility on the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s campus. As part of the transformation of the former Lupton Library into a modern academic building, our team placed over 100 cubic yards of lightweight concrete using our 40-meter boom pump, delivering precision placement on an elevated deck inside the structure.
In addition to structural work, Fulmer completed extensive site concrete improvements surrounding the building. This included large areas of architectural sidewalks, ramps, and concrete features that enhance both accessibility and campus aesthetics. With clean finishes, clear scoring patterns, and integrated drainage solutions, the final exterior concrete work complements the modern design of the renovated facility.
From elevated slab pours to decorative flatwork, this project demonstrates our ability to manage both technical and architectural concrete scopes on complex, high-traffic institutional campuses.
