The Linden - Northshore, Chattanooga, TN

Fulmer Concrete Construction played a key role in The Linden, a multi-family development located along the Tennessee River in Chattanooga’s vibrant Northshore district. This large-scale project featured over 60,000 square feet of slab-on-grade, a 25,000-square-foot post-tension podium deck, 18,000 square feet of sidewalks, and 5,000 square feet of decorative concrete—totaling more than 4,000 cubic yards of concrete.
