Fulmer Concrete Finishing Co., Inc. was founded by Mr. James H. Fulmer in 1968. The vision in the beginning was to perform light commercial and residential work but throughout the years Fulmer Concrete has now grown to one of the largest commercial concrete contractors in Eastern Tennessee and North Georgia.
Today our team includes over 70 skilled and qualified employees that are also trained in all aspects of the concrete industry, but most importantly SAFETY. Fulmer strives to become the most respected and driven concrete contractors in our area. Many of Fulmer’s clients have been working with us for more than 30 years.
